Terms of Service

1. General Disclaimer

We do not guarantee complete exclusion of cane toads or other wildlife. Environmental factors and user compliance affect effectiveness.

2. Services

We provide cane toad inspections, humane removal, Toad Proof Barrier fencing, and pet safety products. Services may vary by region and availability. Inspection results are based on environmental conditions and do not guarantee a toad-free property.

3. Product & Service Limitations

• Mesh barriers are durable but not impervious to damage.
• No coverage for weather or pet-related damage.
• Emergency kits and traps are supplementary tools only.

4. Liability Waiver

We are not liable for injury, illness, or death of pets due to wildlife post-service. Customers must maintain vigilance.

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required at booking. Balance due on completion. Your deposit is refunded in full if you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations and no-shows are covered in section 8.
• Unpaid invoices may lead to legal action.
• Bookings are confirmed upon payment via Stripe.
• Refunds are case-by-case and not guaranteed after service delivery.

6. Property Access & Conditions

• Customers must clear fence lines and ensure diggable soil.
• Failure may incur rescheduling fees or modified installation methods.
• Provide safe, accessible access to your property.
• Restrain pets and inform us of hazards (e.g. pools, aggressive animals).

7. Indemnity

Customers indemnify No More Toads from third-party claims or property disputes related to services.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you give us at least 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule or cancel any booking at no cost. Where we need to reschedule because of weather or safety concerns, there is never a fee to you. The fees below only apply when a change is made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Toad Proof Barrier Fencing

• 24 or more hours' notice: reschedule or cancel at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: a $150 rescheduling fee applies, or if cancelling, 50% of your deposit is forfeited.
• Weather or safety reschedules made by us: no fee.

One-off and Regular Toad Removal

• 24 or more hours' notice: no fee.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: a $50 fee applies.
• Weather or safety reschedules made by us: no fee.

Tadpole Removal

• 24 or more hours' notice: no fee.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: a $50 fee applies.
• Weather or safety reschedules made by us: no fee.

Property Consultation

• 24 or more hours' notice: reschedule at no charge.
• Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-show: 50% of your deposit is forfeited.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice: a $50 fee applies.

Emergency Kits

Emergency Kits are a retail purchase, not a booking, so no cancellation policy applies. See section 9 for product terms.

9. Emergency Kits & Products

Our kits are for first-response use only and are not a substitute for veterinary care. No More Toads is not responsible for any adverse outcomes from product misuse. Always contact your Emergency Vet if your pet has contact with a cane toad.

10. Privacy & Data

We collect necessary information for service delivery (e.g. contact details, booking data, property photos). We use platforms like HubSpot and Stripe to manage your information. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, images, and documentation remain the property of No More Toads and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our goal is to make your garden as safe as possible by significantly reducing cane toad presence and risk. While no outdoor solution can guarantee zero toads, our proven methods dramatically reduce risk and provide the highest level of protection available.

No More Toads is not liable for injury, pet harm, or property damage unless caused by proven negligence.

13. Disputes

Disputes must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
