The Cane Toad Tadpole Trap and Lure package contains the key to breaking the breeding cycle of cane toads. Designed by Watergum, one of Australia's leading environmental organisations.
Simply place your trap in the water near a swarm of cane toad tadpoles, and place a lure inside. The lure will attract the cane toad tadpoles into the trap, making them easy to remove.
The trap is ideal for use in cane toad breeding waterways such as dams, streams and ponds. Place the trap in a waterbody with a depth of around 15 cm, set the lure inside, then collect the trap and remove tadpoles after 4-8 hours.
